The option to turn on wifi calling is found in the Settings/Wifi menu. If not there on your phone open settings and enter wifi calling in the search bar at the top.
If you have any questions or concerns about Wi-Fi Calling, I would recommend reaching out to your service provider for further assistance. Wi-Fi Calling is a carrier-specific feature.
