Galaxy S Phones@skeeterbassman more than likely this is caused by a 3rd party app which you have installed.
For troubleshooting, you can boot into safe mode. Then use the phone while booted in safe mode to confirm the ads no longer appear. If no ads appear, you will need to determine which app is causing this and remove it from your phone.
