in the samsung email app go to the 3 tabs menu, click settings, tap the account you want this to work for, scroll down and click the show images button to make sure it's on. do this for each account you want to see images automatically.

This does not work for me. I have always seen images when opening emails. After a recent Samsung update, that feature is gone. Now I open an email and must click on see images to see anything in addition to the written word. I go to the three dot menu, as has been recommended above, and only have "sort" and "edit" options. Settings is not there. There is nothing related to images in the email app settings, either. I have restarted my phone, turned it off, etc., and there is no change. It's annoying. Help!
