If you're referring to the Dual Audio function that allows to play audio on 2 separate bluetooth spekaers/devices, then here are the steps:
1. Ensure you have paired to 2 Bluetooth Speakers
2. Swipe down on your screen to access your Quick Panel and tap on Media
3. Ensure you have selected both Audio outputs to start playing music from both Bluetooth speakers
4. Once connected you will be able to play the same audio from both devices and adjust the volume with ease.
If you mean dual audio as in like dual speakers, your S20 is automatically setup with a similar experience to dual speakers but you can adjust your dual audio setup settings through a Samsung app called Sound Assistant on the Galaxy Store. You can adjust the L to R balance, etc.
