How to Unlock the screen without format?

I need help to unlock my phon's screen without doing format, I tried SmartThing Find but the option for unlock does not available anymore.

Mine is telling me my password is incorrect. Which is strange since it's my business line and I haven't changed it.

Sorry, there is no way to reset your pin/password/pattern without resetting the phone.  You cannot unlock the phone remotely; you can only lock it down.
