How to adjust the letter size within a text message on S8+ After April 2019 update?

Hello, i recently did the software update on my S8+ on April 4th 2019. My question is has anyone fiqured out how to adjust the text size? i accidently changed it yesterday and now when your in the text with someone the letters are huge! The main text screen, the one with half that says no message, the text size is normal. i tried the font size in settings but that doesnt adjust the text size. Any help will be appriciated.

Go into settings then down to display then font size and style in there you can adjust the size of your font

And if that doesn't work go back into settings and scroll down to accessibility and then go into visibility enhancements and then in font size and style and see if that helps if not go back in settings display screen zoom and lower it there

Hello Gary, this does change the letter size on the phone, like the size of the words on the setting menu. This however doesnt change the size of the letters in a text message itself.

Check to see if screen zoom is turned on in settings then back in display settings

No it is on the lowest setting. i remeber on some older galaxy phones if you were in a text message and you pressed the volume up key the letters would become bigger, vis versa with the volume down key. that is what i need to find on how to do.

Ok try this open your messages app and then click on the menu 3 dots or lines and see if it says font right there in the list

no it doesnt. it shows Edit, starred messages and settings. If i go into setting and look through the 7 options in that menu there is nothing about changing the font size

Ok just learned something myself thanks all you have to do is pinch in or out on the screen
