I've found out the issue for pop ups saying "complete action with"

So I've keep getting pop ups saying "complete action with:" and I found out what it was with the nice catch app, and apparently it's the NFC. I've turned it off but I use NFC alot , is there a way to like reset the nfc

To reset your NFC go to Settings>Apps>Sort function (next to "Your apps")>Toggle on "Show system apps">Type "NFC" in the app search box at the top>Select NFC>Storage>Clear cache, then Clear data. Restart the device.

I keep getting this pop up and it's getting real annoying and I even went into safe mode and still pops up

Try Settings>Apps>Samsung Internet>Storage>Clear cache. Do the same for Chrome.
