**ISSUES AFTER ANDROID 13**

For those having bug issues after updating to One UI 5.0 (Android 13), if you haven't already done so, please try to clear the phone cache and run the repair apps option thru recovery mode. 

To get to recovery mode: 

- Turn off phone

- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously 

- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears

- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET) 

- Use power button to select. 

**I personally do this 3 times**

- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart. 

This usually fixes bugs after updates. NOT GUARANTEED, but worth trying!

I have tried this 5 times and it works for a bit but the bug them returns.

I tried it too so many times, even flashed the firmware again and cleared/repaired apps. Still having apps crashes but luckily I am able to use one important app I need. Just waiting for another update at this point.

I tried several times with no luck!! Frustrating when several apps suddenly close. Some close without saving work having to redo or re-input. Other apps freeze and must be closed and reopened.

You've done everything you can on your end. As mentioned above, you may have to wait for an incremental software update.

This new android update is for the birds. It changed everything, including my gallery and background. Is there any fix or way to Uninstall this

This is what I did to allow me to printer after upgrading to Android 13:

1. Go to your phone's settings > Connections > More connection settings > Printing
2. Turn OFF Default Print Service
3. Download plugin > Samsung Print Service
4. Make sure you turn on the newly downloaded Samsung Print Service
