I continue to get "Install this website as a web app on your Apps screen?" How do I disable this pop-up?

when the notification comes back hold it down and then go to details delete it or block it

I have tried this several times and nothing happens when I hold down the notification

you've got to find where its at then, so hold it down and hit details then disable it or delete where its coming from
