Issue with the app gDMSS Plus and mobile data

Greetings - I have an issue that i cannot solve, neither could the person who installed the camera package.

My wife and i both have identical phones purchased at the same time and both on the 3 network. We both have the app gDMSS Plus installed on our phones and it works perfectly on wifi. For some reason the cameras wont initialise on my phone using mobile data remotely and stop at 99%. The cameras load perfectly on my wife's phone using data.

I have checked the settings on both phones and i cant find any settings that are different that could cause the issue. I am hoping that someone has an idea what could be causing the problem.

That is not a solution. The very fact that the app works ok on my wife's identical phone strongly suggests a phone issue.

Same here. It was working well before the  system upgrade. It works on wifi, even not in my house (any wifi connection), but doesn't work thru mobile data.

For example gdmss works fine on iPhone

I have the exact same issue since the Samsung update.  I downloaded the app on my iPhone and works perfectly
