I'm not really sure on how to do this so I can't tell you but I don't recommend doing it because of security risk having your phone bricked or tripping Knox if Knox gets tripped then you void your warranty and there is no way possible to untrip Knox so if it does get tripped then it's permanent
I second this — tripping Knox will barr you from using certain Samsung apps such as Samsung Health, Samsung Wallet, etc. and you can't ever reverse it, even if you switch back to your stock ROM.
