I am so tired of the pop up message stating to "insert the service provider uicc that came with the device".... I have spent so much time on the phone with techs, hard reset my phone.. LOST all my pictures, cuz the tech SWORE they were backed up... I'm ready to throw the phone e against a wall.... and you know the last straw... well I can get a $300 credit towards a $1000.00 phone.... I'm DONE!!! Never again with a Samsung.... you lost a customer
Funny I just wrote a very similar post. They were clearly having issues selling there $1300 phones so they bricked all of our older devices. Which I just paid off of course. Not a full minute goes by without message saying "power off device insert service provider uicc that came with your phone". They refuse to take responsibility and try and throw blame on service provider which they have no idea what to do about a samsung update?? Never will buy another samsung again.
