I have updated my Galaxy S10 software - OneUI version 3.1 Android Version 11, Build Number RP1A.200720.012.G9750ZHU5FUC2. After the installation, Samsung Pay NFC does not work, which make daily activity quite inconvenient and sometime embarrassing as I can't pay fee and forgot to bring cash along.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Open Play store. Type: Android System Webview. Click it, and then up in the right corner, there is 3 dots. Click it and uncheck Enable Auto Update, then uninstall the updates on Android System Webview, then reboot your phone and try it again

Eventually the Maintenance screen will display (text mode console)
Release the keys
Use Volume Down to highlight the clear the Cache Partition entry
