hey yall. I'm posting this for the second time because i want to reference what I'm talking about. So when ecs is turned on an lcd panel, the colors have a muddish tint.

In In not sure if I understand exactly what you are asking, so I'll interpret, if you don't mind...
In guessing you are noticing that with the ECS everything has a yellowish tint, right? Basically, the mode is suppose to limit the blue cast from the device to which makes it yellower (color theory explanation I'm not gonna get into).
So, as you may be aware, it is recommended that we don't expose ourselves to screen usage before bed. This mode is supposed to help out those that have difficulty getting to sleep and can't adhere to limiting screen time.
Honestly, I don't bother much with the mode myself. I have it turn to Grayscale which is annoying enough to deter usage. π
