The links are not activating in Samsung Notes. They are not turning blue anymore when i back out. Why not?

You dont know what an active link is? The url. It turns blue and gets underlined so when you click it, you go to a website.

They are not called "active links". The appropriate term is "hyper links". But thank you for the clarification. And as mentioned, you hit the book button on the top right.

Yeah, people just call them links though in every day speak. "Click the link". You hear that all the time. It is pretty common or even super common, but sure...hyperlink is the proper tech term. I hear "click the link" ab 99% of the time vs click the hyperlink, but going fwd, I may become a hyperlink guy.

I only made the clarification because you asked me if I knew what "active links" were. This is the reason I didn't feel confident in answering your question without clarification. I have actually never heard it being referred to as "active links".

@G-ProPIA You have to put Notes in reading mode. You have to click this icon to turn reading mode on and off. Screenshot_20241024_105314_Samsung Notes.jpg

Thanks. That is new. Used to be automatic when you tried to back out. Ok more taps now. And that highlighter pointer is weird...and also new.
