Galaxy S Phones
Instead of keeping the same 1/1.33" 200MP sensor for the S24 Ultra next year, the camera should be upgraded to a 1" sensor with the same or similar resolution. I understand that the current camera sensor is practically brand new and was a custom order from Sony. The current sensors dimensions are 9.6x7.2mm in a 4:3 aspect ratio. The proposed 1" sensor would have dimensions of 13.2x8.8mm, a difference of only 3.6mm and 1.6mm respectively. This upgrade would significantly improve low light performance, capture speed, image detail, and clarity. If the sensor isn't changed, then an appropriate and noticeable upgrade should be a wider aperture on the main lens. An aperture of f/1.2 to f/1.4 would be a significant upgrade for low light performance and capture speed as opposed to the current f/1.7 aperture. This would be a highly practical and desirable upgrade, so long as a wider aperture didn't hinder the lenses ability to focus.
