Hello, I just ordered a Samsung S7 Unlocked Verizon Phone. It always says No Service Available even with the SIM Card. I noticed my Network Mode is only Global LTE. I want to Manually switch the LTE Band to 4G. I've downloaded the QuickShortcutMaker. Under the Activities tab I'm suppose to selet the "Call Setting" option from the list. I don't have "Call Settings" on my list. I've re-searched and searched for quite a while now and haven't found anything to resolve the issue. I've contacted Verizon 3 times and all they want me to do is restart my phone and then call gets disconnected. If there's anyone that could help me I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not very tech savy so I might get lost in translation. (haha)

Download Samsung Band Selection from Play Store once downloaded click on More Network Settings it will then bring up Sims click on Verizon scroll down to Preferred Network Type then select what network type you want Verizon doesn't allow us to change our network type of course they won't tell you this but this app will allow you to change it I use it because I really have no need to use 5g LTE is fast enough and uses less data and also 5g is still kind of spotty and won't work Screenshot_20230127_134447_One UI Home_1000017695_1674845328.jpgScreenshot_20230127_134352_Samsung Band Selection_1000017694_1674845344.jpgScreenshot_20230127_134349_Settings_1000017693_1674845355.jpgScreenshot_20230127_134343_Settings_1000017692_1674845372.jpg
