Hello! I have a Galaxy S10 and I've had it since September 2019. Just two days ago, it had a software update and when I got to use it again, all kinds of media (images, videos) disappeared from my gallery?? Thankfully, I can still see all of the media from the My Files system app (I don't know what to call it but it came from Samsung itself). Though even with this, I am also unable to access these pictures from any of my social media. I already tried to shut it off for a few hours yesterday bcs I thought it would work but it didn't... and in addition to that, I haven't been able to download pictures from certain apps (such as Google Chrome, Samsung Internet, Gmail and Gdrive) for around 2-3 months or so.
I've used Samsung for years but it's the first time I got this kind of problem. Does anyone knows what can I do to fix these two problems? It gets very frustrating.
