Message popping up for Smart Calls

Is anyone having a error message popping up on there phone for smart calls after the last update if so how do you stop it?

I have been having this issue since the latest update and it happens almost every time I use my phone. It makes it very difficult to place a call quickly and I am concerned about being able to call out if there is an emergency.

I think I fixed it by going in the app and clearing the data.
