My mobile data stopped working at 6am on the dot and only works at home now on my wifi. I have checked everything that I know of and still having the same issue

It's possible that it's a carrier issue, so you should check with your carrier to see if their network is okay... additionally, you can submit error report after reproducing the issue to Samsung Members app for more help.
Also, please share device's model number and the software version
