I use s10+ for mostly basic tasks so don't have large number of apps yet perpetually I'm at 99% of internal storage prompting notification and apps that won't open because no storage. Every app that allows it is installed on sd, photos, music, etc all on sd. I done every trick such as clearing app data, empty trash. 19g is system, 108g 'other' and the rest stock apps that can't be moved to sd. Factory resets in past Galaxy phones after all Samsung and Google backups were completed always errored is some way, some settings, data or functionality was corrupted so I'm not doing that unless someone at Samsung wants to laboriously restore my phone afterwards.  I like the galaxy gui and use Dex but, if a new phone is the only solution to this galaxy soecific problem, it won't be a galaxy.

If you see an (i) next to any of them click on the (i) and follow the steps

What exactly is this 108GB of "other" data? Can you select it at all?

You can't select Other Files you can only select the options that have a > next to them that's why in my previous comment I said for them to tap on the (i) which is usually next to Apps more that any of the others when you select the (i) it will move the stuff from Other Files

Yes, but the storage amount seems wrong considering OP mentioned they barely have any apps. I kind of suspect an error with RAM plus could be a contributing factor here if it's turned on.

I launched the (i) and turned off data use of native Samsung and android/Google apps I do use, no difference. I'd guess half my apps are now on SD and no help. Example: Gopro Quik allows wifi transfer of videos to phone for editing, upload to YouTube, etc. It only allows those files to go to internal storage where they can then be moved. I can't even load a 2gig vid from gopro temporarily to then move it.

@Members_3gYXEcA what you can do now is try clearing cache partition on your phone. Cache partition are old files your phone's system stores on the phone from updates and apps, some are used by the phone while others are junk files accumulated over time. To clear cache partition on your S10+ first switch off the phone completely, once powered down, press and hold the Volume Up button, Bixby button and Power button simultaneously. Once the screen comes on let go off the power button and then the rest of the buttons and a black screen with listed options should appear in blue, use the volume up button to navigate up, volume down button to navigate down and power button to select. Now, navigate down to the option that says "wipe cache partition" on the list and select it. Wait for the phone to process the command and after it boots up go check if there is storage freed up.

Thanks much for suggestion, no change, 19g in system, 108g in other. I've previously cleared data in all apps possible but those mb recovered are insignificant.  It seems like that 127g in system and other which is 99% of my 128g internal storage cannot be reduced.

I would follow Ray_Ginald's instructions however after wiping cache partition I would then move to bottom on that menu to repair apps press power key and your phone will automatically restart and then see if that helped resolve your issue.
Good luck.
