Galaxy S PhonesWhen I listen to music on my phone I'm usually multitasking on the phone so I've never noticed until recently. When I listen to my music from Google Play then pause it on my lockscreen it disappears from my lockscreen when I want to play it again. Is this supposed to happen or should it stay on my lockscreen?

Galaxy S PhonesHey @userqaHzOJARqn, I followed your steps and do see how the music controls disappear but if you swipe left or right on the clock widget you'll see the music widget.
Best regards,
Rydah

Galaxy S PhonesI couldn't recreate the problem on my end. It's suppose to stay on your lockscreen. Have you tried clearing the Google play cache

Hey @userqaHzOJARqn, I think I have the solution for you. When on playing music from Google Play music, when I go to the lockscreen, it shows me the title of the current song along with controls. This can be hidden by swiping left or right on the face widget. I'm thinking that you're accidentally swiping in this area which would result in the music face widget being hidden. I hope this helps!
I've attached 2 screenshots to show my lockscreen with music playing in both. One with the music controls visible and one with them hidden (and music still playing.)
Best regards,
Rydah

Galaxy S PhonesTanks for the response but unfortunately it doesn't help. Maybe if I describe my steps better it will help find a solution or provide the necessary information to know if the phone is behaving correctly.
1. I play my music from Google Play
2. I lock my phone which puts it to 'sleep' (music still plays fine)
3. I 'wake up' my phone (not unlock) and pause the music from the widget shortcut on my lock screen
4. I either put the phone back to 'sleep' or I get busy and it goes to 'sleep' on it's own
5. I 'wake' the phone back up and the widget is gone to start the music again
It doesn't matter the timeframes on how long between step 4 and 5. I've tested it from immediately to an hour but the widget stays gone. I've also moved the midget on my home screen, cleared cache, force stopped the app, toggled the always on feature and toggled the display on lockscreen.
