My Emails are not loading or syncing

I use all email. Haven't been able to get it to load. Says it was last synced on July 8. Checked and syncing is turned on. Rebooted. Turned sync off then out back on. Not sure what to do. There are likely hundreds of unread emails at this point. Thanks for any help or insight.

@PattyDFX1 Is "all email" an app? If so, have you contacted the developers of that app for help?

You can usually find a support email listed in the app details in the Play store.

which email app are you referring to? 

try clearing cache and data

submit an error report on members app

Samsung Members app > + Button > Error report
