My S10 plus won't switch networks!! Please help!

I switched from AT&T network to T mobile network using a compatible T mobile SIM card but when I look in my phone service provider settings it's still shows AT&T and also when I restart my phone the AT&T logo still appears not T mobile.....How do I get this fixed??? Or what can I do?? Please help!! Thank you!

If you purchased the phone originally from ATT, then the logo is preloaded & their is nothing you can do. I know I went from Tmobile to Verizon. Wasn't able to lose Tmobile logo until I bought a Verizon phone

I'd try calling them to make sure, especially if the phone has been paid off.
