After doing a great deal of research I decided on a galaxy s10 plus pearl phone. I liked the features including the camera options. In the past I have avoided phones with front cameras but I was assured that with these phones I can hide the front camera. And now one of my major reasons for getting this phone is gone. If I knew they did this to customers I don't think I would of went with samsung. I'm regretting my purchase hard today. I don't know if in the future I will get a samsung.
Same here! The ridiculous black dot interfers with my use of apps and is always on my screen and blocking everything. I was happy with my phone, when I bought it, now I hate it after these forced updates. Did another today, literally no chances and the most pointless thing.
