Galaxy S PhonesVll.
here is the photo because that's all there is left. originally it was an audio file .
real good with tech but I know where it came from it came from his tablet which is now dead .
simply will not take a charge nor will his Android phone .there are many many memories in those .
I've tried multiple charters multiple Outlets multiple rooms in the house .
both his devices refused to take a charge .
anybody have an idea how I can fix this ?
I'd be very grateful I love him so much and without his voice it's just that much harder .from his hospital bed the day before he died he did messages for me that I find them .
Vll

Galaxy S PhonesThe only thing I'm able to suggest is that if you know his Google and Samsung account passwords, you can log your phone (or a spare device if you have one with you) out of your accounts and into his and download his backups to your device. You can always make corrections later (like copying his stuff to a flash drive) then logging out of his accounts and back into yours and restoring your own backups. Also, are you sure there is no audio with the video? The audio does not start automatically, usually videos with audio have a little speaker icon on the bottom right, and if you tap that, it will turn on the audio. Or you can tap the dot menu in the gallery to open the video in the video player and it will start with audio.
Sorry for your loss and good luck with your surgery.
