No delivery receipts on Galaxy S9+

I'm having an issue with text messaging receipt.  I've went to messages and choose more settings but the option isn't there

 Only text messages on sim

How do I stop 1 from going in front of my text Numbers. The phone will give me an error code fore not having 10 digits
