I've got the same problem as everyone else. My issue started on April 9th when I ported my old number in. I actually had this service prior to that date for over a week, until then. I've been on the phone 3x today to find out, there's a glitch with this product and one of the recent updates. Yes, I've spoken with my carrier and Samsung support. T-Mobile finally advised me that this has been a problem lately with this device and the s7 plus. The only thing they said to do is wait for the next update, maybe due within a couple weeks to see if it corrects itself.
