The wallpaper for the certain mode that has just been turned on will be applied across the regular tablet mode and the ChromeBook like Samsung Dex mode. Maybe there should be a feature to apply a independent wallpaper for Dex at all time? Perhaps you have different wallpapers according to which mode is on and let Dex have it as well.
