No sound when dialling out or in

When i try to ring up or someone tries to ring me I cant hear anyone the volume is at high level but cant hear a thing without a speaker or headphones

sorry you are experiencing this issue, let's try to solve this. have you tried clearing the system cache on your phone? also, does this occur while your phone is in safe mode?

My system is up to date my apps are up to date also and I did reboot my phone

great, let me know if the issue occurs again. if it does then try putting your phone into safe mode then calling one of your friends and see if it still has a volume issue

of course, go ahead and hold down the power button and volume down button until you are met with boot options. tap and hold on the power down icon until it turns into the safe mode option. go ahead and tap the safe mode option
