No update since February in my unlocked S10 please need help

How come that my Smasung unlocked S10 received only February update in 15th March and since then no update is pushed from Samsung after that and when I asked my local Samsung retailer they replied back that securities updates is not necessary to be in all the countries is this normal?

Several devices like mine received the One Ui3.1 since March while mine is stuck in February and this are securities updates pushed by Google to the devices to be protected against any vulnerable intrusion.

So please I need a help to push updates in my country as my Samsung retailer can't do anything to help me out with such issue.
