Not able to receive calls or texts on my Galaxy S10+

Can't make it receive calls. Can't receive texts. My Amazon echo received phone calls.

Replaced SIM, talked to ATT tech support for 2 hours... No help.

did this happen after the recent update or something? 

have you tried it in safe mode? or tried to swap the SIM?

Yup. I did all that. Reset all.
Next step is factory reset.
Happened after March 2nd update.
