Galaxy S PhonesI understand how frustrating this can be! This article will provide you with some troubleshooting steps that may help.

If you are experiencing network service issues with calling, SMS or MMS messages, network signals, mobile data, or hotspots after resetting the device, you may need to contact your carrier.
If you are still unable to receive messages and all other network functions are performing correctly, such as calls, mobile data, etc., then service would be recommended.
For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Twitter: https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=18768513- 3. Private Message: http://bit.ly/2XERsky
Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
