The notification icons are white circles on the latest update, rolled out in the last 30 days to update One UI 5 I believe. The update corrupts the theme set by Good Lock and the colors that each app are supposed to use are not considered for rendering the icon.
I had the same problem. To resolve go to goodlook app, in theme park section, quick panel: change the bg color of the icons with any color that's not white
Even I had the same issue. I think if someone already had applied the theme and then proceeds with a One Ui update, it just tampers the Good Lock theme. I sorted the issue by going into Theme Park and unapplied the quick panel changes.
