I recently deleted the moving apps on the top of my home screen and now my notifications don't show on my phone. I still show that in settings it has notifications on. How do I get the notifications to show up again. I wanted to re-install the app I deleted but cant recall it's name.

Safe mode is a mode designed for troubleshooting that temporarily disables any and all third party apps and settings. It still allows pre-installed things like messages to work to allow notifications to still pop up, but safe mode would help determine whether the issue with the notifications not appearing is related to something in the software or not. Here are some steps if you need them: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

Give this a shot:

Navigate: Settings > Lock screen.
Tap Always On Display.
Tap the Always On Display switch to turn on. If turned off, notification icons don't appear until the display is active.
Tap Display mode then tap Show always. Selected when a blue dot is present.

Does this occur with the device in safe mode?
