My S8+ won't let me talk on my phone. I can use speaker phone but regular, the other end can't hear me. Any ideas for me?

I'm sorry that you are having issues with your phone. It seems that your bottom mic may be malfunctioning needs to be replaced. Contact your local Samsung authorized repair center to have it replaced. The reason why it works when you are on speaker is that it utilizes the top mic instead of the bottom one.
