Others are not able to hear me in-call volume

My S8+ won't let me talk on my phone. I can use speaker phone but regular, the other end can't hear me. Any ideas for me?

Thank you for reaching out. There are a few things that can cause issues with the microphone on your phone or tablet. For example, an external device such as headphones may be preventing the microphone from working.

Hey @Samsung_yjfMgyE ,

 

                   I'm sorry that you are having issues with your phone.  It seems that your bottom mic may be malfunctioning needs to be replaced.  Contact your local Samsung authorized repair center to have it replaced.  The reason why it works when you are on speaker is that it utilizes the top mic instead of the bottom one. I hope this is helpful, leave a like if it was and mark as a solution.
