Galaxy S PhonesI've tried connecting two different Dualshock controllers (models ZCT1U and ZCT2U) and the results are always the same:
- Connect DS4 via BT
- OneUI throws error saying it can't connect
- Restart controller
- One UI and the controller indicate they are connected to eachother, but there is no response from the controller
- Attepting to disconnect or turn off bluetooth causes bluetooth to stop working entirely. Requires a reboot of the phone
Is there any way I can send a direct help desk ticket to Samsung to address this issue. I never had this problem on my previous Galaxy S8 Active.

If you are still encountering issues with this please, feel free to pm me here. I've been gaming with a ds3,ds4, pretty much any bt controller that can register key strokes on android device since at least 2014 so I don't get why so many of you have issues with this. Very easy and simple. Some may have limitations but most don't and if they are any it's usually not Samsung's fault, its the game or the controller dev's fault. Most issues are quick to solve but no devices are the same so every issue encountered has to be dealt with individually.
Ill guide you through the process.
