Galaxy S Phones@lilmama3 You probably need to reach out to your carrier. The carriers have been in the process of shutting down 3G networks. Although your phone supports 4G your carrier may need to enable it. The carriers have the mind set that all phones now should work on 5G which your phone does not support.

Galaxy S PhonesI would also go to phone settings and apps and clear the cache for the phone app.
