Phone app not working after update

Is anyone who has an S10 model or has needed to do a software update in the last week having an issue using their phone? I can't make a call! I can't open my phone app and dial a number. I can't see missed or recent calls. I can't call for emergency help if I need to for my 3 kids and I!! This has only been since I installed the newest software update.

@lilmama3 You probably need to reach out to your carrier. The carriers have been in the process of shutting down 3G networks. Although your phone supports 4G your carrier may need to enable it. The carriers have the mind set that all phones now should work on 5G which your phone does not support.

If you just did the update, go to recovery and clear your system cache and repair apps.

I would also go to phone settings and apps and clear the cache for the phone app.
