I have a S10e and for some weird reason it factory reset itself and all my internal data are lost. Anyone can help me recover my lost data? (specifically images and videos)
It's very unlikely that anyone besides a professional can help you. with a computer hard drive, there's recovery software. you can try looking for something like that, but in the mean time, don't download ANYTHING. If your data IS still there, it'll be overwritten and gone forever as soon as you start writing new data
