When I call one of my friends, it only rings once on my end! If I wait long enough, she will answer or it will go to her VM. When my husband calls her, it rings until she picks up! All my other calls ring until the call is answered! What the what???
I looked thru all the settings I could think of. Have you tried to reboot into recovery mode and clear the cache and then run the repair apps option? Try that and test it out.
