Phone overheating while in my pocket.

Hi there, I have the Samsung s10+,   I am using the in display fingerprint and gesture mode is enabled.

I have also enabled accidental touch protection. However while in my pocket.

 

The phone warms up and drains my battery 

 

Can somone please help? It's a brand new phone and if I have to go through Samsung plus care and they attempt to send me a refurbished phone I'll have a heart attack 😂

Hi there, I did all this, I don't have a problem with the phone when it's not in my pocket. This only happens when I have it in there. I physically feel the phone warming up in my pocket.

Does this occur when the device is placed into safe mode?

I have not tried that yet. Can you advise me on how to boot into safe mode?

Hey, give this a shot. It can show which apps are causing battery issues, viruses, malware or app crashes

Done, Samsung + app-issue detected - 1 crash 3-10-2019 Samsung health 1 crash 3-7-2019 That all that is there.
