Photos/Videos on two different Galaxy devices

I have two Galaxy S10+'s on my account. Does anyone have an idea as to why the pics/videos in the gallery of one shows up on the other? (It is only in the case of A to B and not B to A.)

Seems as if B phone is the primary account number and is connected to cloud storage therefore A can share with B. 😅
