Photos not opening

My photos which are saved on my SD card will not open. It says unsupported file everytime i try to open it.

Just to clarify, if you move the picture back to your device are you able to open it?

also having the same problem. moved to phone and still unable to view photo.

When you view the photos can you see what type of file they are?

hi. I can select the view details button and see that they are .jpg files
