Galaxy S PhonesThat is malicious adware trying to get your personal information. They are designed to make you panic and click the links. If you do not have app protection turned on or do not have your own anti-virus/malware program, you would not get any protection warnings. I agree you should download and run Malwarebytes from the play store, and/or turn on the phone's built-in app protection. Download Good Lock/Nice catch, and see which app that notification is really coming from and uninstall it. If you use nice catch, turn on the "toast history" and "detect commercials".
Whatever you do DO NOT CLICK ANY ICONS OR LINKS ON THE NOTIFICATION.
