I keep getting pop-ups saying my phone has a virus. What should I do?

Download malwarebytes from playstore and scan your phone.

That is malicious adware trying to get your personal information.  They are designed to make you panic and click the links. If you do not have app protection turned on or do not have your own anti-virus/malware program, you would not get any protection warnings.  I agree you should download and run Malwarebytes from the play store, and/or turn on the phone's built-in app protection.  Download Good Lock/Nice catch, and see which app that notification is really coming from and uninstall it.  If you use nice catch, turn on the "toast history" and "detect commercials".

Whatever you do DO NOT CLICK ANY ICONS OR LINKS ON THE NOTIFICATION.

They are from Google. (Not directly from Google Chrome, but a website you might have allowed notifications to confirm you're not a robot. In your settings (on a computer) search for a website that says something like notifications.net or something)
