I don't have an HP printer but I have a Brother and I can change in preview mode once the document appears on the printer. Same location where I change from color to mono (blank ink only). Good luck. I hope this helps you.
Yes, i also face this problem, Can we fix it by using the best sublimation printer. I think this is best one and smartest printer i have ever used in my office.
