Problems with synchronizing

Started 3 days ago that when i want to synchronize my gallery to cloud i get s popup window telling me that i must update samsung cloud first. The window give me to choices, cancel or update, when tap on update nothing happen and the window disappears. Will not update and i can’t synchronize.

never had this problem before and this is the first time i see this window in 4 years

Have you attempted to install the update manually through the Galaxy App store?

No i did not

i just look in galaxy application store and don’t see any option for updating cloud

Can you please tell me what i have to look for and what to do

Give this a try: go to settings, tap on accounts and backups, tap on Samsung cloud, tap on the 3 dots in the top right corner, tap on settings, tap on about Samsung cloud. and it should tell you there if there is an update
