1- multiple apps getting "stopped working" error spams

2- apps not working

3- phone restarts when trying to open apps after they crash randomly (not consistent to any perticular app n inclused samsung apps, camera, etc)

4- on occation restart loops

5- overheating

6- unable to do phone updates

i have tried wipe cache and factory reset... first thing after f-reset is bixby stopped working alert... which made it a huge pain to type n get through to f-reset startup

Honestly if a factory reset was of no success, repairs are the general next recommendation in order to have the phone evaluated. You are welcome to call us at 1-800-726-7864 in order to look into your options or you can visit your local uBreakiFix for walk-in service options.
