Let me start by saying I've escalated 3 tiers of tech support through sprint directly before I landed here.
I have a s10+ and my wife has a s10. Our mobile data connection where we live isn't the best and rely heavily on wifi.
WiFi calling is somehow conflicting with sprints network. I drop calls anytime I use it as well as get a location timeout message from the wifi calling app.
I also cannot send mms via wifi, only data which worked on my note 8 and s9.
Calls drop often whether on wifi calling or mobile network. Sprint believes this to be a device issue. My daughter's LG tribute (free phone) can send mms via wifi and has zero issue with wifi calling. Multiple people on sprint community also experiencing same issues.
I have updated prl as well as profile and refreshed network settings on my side as well on carrier. I'm seeing multiple reports of other s10s having similar problems.
Just bought 2 phones that pick and chose when they want to work for a whole lot of money.

Resetting your connection settings might work as well. Just search for reset on the settings menu and you will be looking for RESET NETWORK SETTINGS and you will be good. I have not had this problem but thats how I fix WIFI issues
Same thing with me on sprint to. Also problem area with wifi calling location issues and sending pics with wifi and wifi calling. Just like when the S9 was released it had all the same problems.
Good luck currently on my 2nd phone and was told by Sprint there was nothing they could do for me. I was in-store TODAY as another customer was having the exact same issues as myself and they told us both to stick it out until a fix is figured out. They said it appears to be a software issue yet somehow my wifes S10 plus works perfectly and can run multiple devices through hotspot without missing a beat. I went to a local best buy store that has Samsung specific help and they acted like havent heard anything about this being an issue. I have realized after 7 hours of my day wasted today that at this point I currently have a very expensive paper weight.
I haven't been having any issues with my S10. My phone has working better then my S8+. When I have problems I go to the connections spot in your settings and click on your mobile network. Then click on your network mode and make sure it is in LTE/CMD and it should work better

Roaming / Location timeout / cannot send MMS messages .... I, too, have Sprint, have been to the store 3 times, they try and help but to no avail! Hopefully a patch ... will be available soon, if not, going to request my old s8+ phone back. I bought the s10+ / 1TB ... so not sure if that has anything to do with it. Thank you for sharing!!
Can I please have your full model number and baseband version? Have you tried resetting the network settings on your device? Just as a heads up this will delete any Bluetooth pairing and any wi-fi networks you currently have saved to your device.
